Support & March Break Registration Information
One-to-One Support
Our program has a limited number of support workers, so we are not always able to provide one-to-one support to every child who needs it.
If your child requires one-to-one support or another disability-related accommodation, please contact us before registering so we can talk about your child’s needs and what support may be available. This helps us make sure we can provide a safe and positive experience for your child.
While we will always do our best to accommodate individual needs, one-to-one support cannot be guaranteed and depends on staff availability and the level of support required.
March Break Support
If your child needs one-to-one support during March Break and we do not have a support worker available, you may arrange to have your own support person attend with your child. Please contact us ahead of time so we can discuss the arrangements and any program requirements.
March Break Registration & Refunds
March Break registrations Refunds are granted for cancelations made 30 full business (6 weeks) or more before the first day of any week-long camp: minus a $100 non-refundable administration fee per session. Extended care bookings are final sale and are generally non-refundable.
In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a program credit instead of a refund. Any credit provided must be used within the same calendar year.
Early-Bird/Sale Pricing
Our special March Break pricing is available to the first 25 completed registrations. Once those spots are filled, regular pricing will apply.
Financial Assistance
We do not currently offer financial assistance for March Break registration.
