Leadership in Training (LIT) at Your Neighbourhood Camp offers a hands-on summer experience for a limited group of ambitious 12–16 year olds. Participants earn volunteer hours while learning everything about running a high-energy day camp — from activity planning and safety basics to teamwork, leadership, and child engagement.
