  • Drop-off is at 9:00 am

    Pickup is at 3:30 pm

    Before and after care is different for each program our summer camp runs from 7:30am - 5:30

    A photo ID is required for pickup campers; only people on their approved pickup list from registration can pick up.

  • Yes, we do! The sessions run from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. You can choose either before or aftercare or both sessions at checkout. Prices are based on weekly enrollment and are subject to availability each week.

  • At Your Neighbourhood Camp, we are a nut and peanut-free environment. However, we do not provide or allow any foods that contain or may contain nuts or peanuts and ask all caregivers to refrain from sending foods and personal care items containing nuts or peanut products to camp.

    We are also allergy-aware! Many campers are allergic to foods, so we have adopted a no-sharing food policy. Our counsellors actively supervise lunch and snack times to reinforce this critical policy.

  • At YNC, we strive to be outside as much as possible all year round. Please dress your child for the season's weather.

    For Summer and PD days in late Spring, bring sunscreen, a hat, running shoes, a swimsuit, a towel, etc.

    If it is winter, please pack an extra pair of socks and indoor shoes. Anything outside of this will be emailed before camp, such as a helmet for tobogganing over winter break.

    You will be emailed the Friday before your camp to remind you of any special items to bring for the week.

    • Pack a balanced lunch, just like you would for school.

    • Insulated lunch pail with an ice pack that the camper can open.

    • Insulated, labelled and refillable water bottle.

    • Two 30 minute snacks times and one lunch hour.

    • Extra snacks are always encouraged! We keep busy at YNC.

    • NO NUTS! Due to allergies and safety reasons.

    • Extended care campers should have extra food packed.

    • You will know in our weekly parent email if we have any special treat days like pizza lunch or ice cream!

    • We do have extra snacks available such as apples and granola bars if a child is hungry. We encourage them to eat their packed lunches first before offering these to them.

  • We do not do half days, but we DO single-day camps! We will announce availability when open to our YNC families through email and social media.

    $65 per day per camper plus taxes. These spaces are not guaranteed, non-refundable and based on the availability of our staff for that week.

  • Your Neighbourhood Camp is a small, private camp with a maximum of 70 children in each age range. Our age groups are 4-6 and 7-12. Our age groups will have separate activities for the majority of the day but we do have some activities all together

  • Our camp has a standard ratio of one director and 3-4 camp counsellors on-site, depending on the number of children registered in specific age groups in attendance. Typically, we have a 1:10 ratio for campers in our regular programming.

    These numbers do not include 1:1 support workers for campers in attendance.

    We also have volunteers and junior camp counsellors throughout the summer.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept subsidies. However we do support families in need of assistance. check out our financial assistance program for more information.

  • Photo ID and a pick up list provided by parents is required for campers to be signed out . This information in given to us at registration and can be updated by contacting our administrative team.

  • A full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee, will be granted for cancellations made within 30 business days before your camp date.. After this 30-day cutoff, you may be able to swap your child’s camp week, provided there is available space. We are happy to provide credits when circumstances align with our policy. Please note, day camp bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • 1:1 Support is Full for Summer 2025

    At Your Neighbourhood Camp, we are proud to be a fully accessible camp that offers support We are committed to being fully inclusive and strive to meet the diverse needs of our community.

    1:1 support spots for Summer 2026 will open in February 2026 however we will accept applications anytime before then.

    If you are able to provide your own support person, please get in touch with us by email to explore available options. We also encourage you to review our Inclusion Care Policies and complete the 1:1 Support Request Form to help us best accommodate your camper before booking.

  • Your Neighbourhood Camp is located in London Ontario at King’s University our campus address is 266 Epworth Ave London Ontario N6A2M3.

    Kings’s Campus offers beautiful areas for outdoor play and adventure including large open green spaces, a sports pad with basketball ,hockey volleyball, and soccer as well as beautiful hiking trails.

    Our Camp is located in various buildings around campus. You will receive an email one week before your scheduled camp to give directions to the building your camp is in.

  • Your Neighbourhood Camp in London Ontario offers Summer Camp for age 4 -12. we have many camps to offer from little Kinder’s camp to senior trailblazers we have something for every group.

  • At Your Neighbourhood Camp, we have something exciting for all ages! From swimming splashes and adventurous field trips to essential Kindergarten prep, your child’s summer will be packed with fun and learning.

    Little Kinder’s (Age 4-5)
    Perfect for our youngest campers, Little Kinder’s enjoy a playful introduction to camp life with activities tailored to build confidence and curiosity.

    Explorers (Age 6-7)
    Explorers dive into new adventures, discovering the outdoors, sports, and creative games that spark imagination and friendships.

    Voyagers (Ages 7-10)
    Voyagers embark on exciting field trips, swimming sessions, and skill-building activities designed to challenge and inspire.

    Trailblazers (Ages 10-12)
    Our Trailblazers lead the way with more advanced hikes, team sports, and leadership opportunities that prepare them for the next big step.
