All Campers Belong
Our inclusion program is designed to promote inclusivity. Our program ensures that every child enrolled receives the individualized care and guidance they need to make the most of their experience.
Tailored attention: Each camper is paired with a dedicated support staff member who understands their unique needs, interests, and challenges. This personalized approach fosters a nurturing environment where campers feel safe, supported, and understood.
Customized Activities: Our program offers alternatives to our daily schedule of activities to encourage our campers' interests and goals.
Social Skills: With support, campers can develop their social skills in a comfortable setting while feeling at ease. Our staff assist in breaking down social barriers, promoting positive interactions, teamwork, and friendships, and helping to build confidence and connections with their peers.
Safety and Well-being: Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our campers. Our trained support staff is equipped to handle any challenges that may arise, ensuring that each child feels secure and cared for at YNC.

Inclusion Care & Support Fees – Summer 2026

Our Support Team
Trained adult professionals with hands-on experience
Education backgrounds include:
Fanshawe College (Autism & Behavioural Science)
Western University (Education, Social Work, Disability Studies)
Health care professionals

We Welcome All Children
We support children who may need:
Diapers or toileting assistance
Tube feeding or medical support
Extra help to fully participate
Some children may require additional or specialized care, including support for wandering, aggression, lifting over 45 lbs, or complex medical needs.

Support Fees
Hourly Support: $20-25/hour (per support worker)
1:1 Support: $130/day - 162.50 per day (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) Dependant on support needs.
2:1 Support: $260/day
Camp Fee: $300/week (added onto of all support options)
All support fees go directly to paying support staff. We sometimes have students who complete placements with us. If we are able to place you with a student there is no support fee charged.
We choose who are students support case by case dependant on the students experience and the child’s needs. You can request a student however it’s not guaranteed your child will be chosen to be placed with a student.

Deposit & Payments
$390/week deposit required once support is confirmed
Deposit secures your support worker (3 days guaranteed pay)
Remaining balance due 1 week before camp
Payment methods: credit card or e-transfer
Payment plans available
Direct billing available for funding programs (by request)

Cancellations
Cancel 1 week before camp for a partial refund (deposit non-refundable)
If we fill your spot: full refund minus $100 admin fee

Please fill out our Support Request Form. After your form is submitted, YNC Inclusion Coordinator, will match your child with a support worker. After a match is made we will contact you to arrange your invoice. We do not guarantee a placement and no payments are taken until your child has been placed. You will be contacted no later than April 1st.
If your child is not placed with a support worker, we will add you to our waitlist and notify you.
