At YNC, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and providing individualized support for children with disabilities. To ensure we can safely and effectively care for your child, we follow a collaborative review process. This includes completing an accommodation request form and attending a support identification meeting. This step helps us understand your child's unique needs, evaluate how our program can reasonably support them, and ensure our environment is a safe and positive fit for their experience.

Our Inclusion program is currently growing and evolving. Please sign up for our email list to receive a notification as soon as our new program details are available and summer registration opens. If your child requires accommodations for our upcoming PA Day or March Break camps, please let us know as soon as possible so we can begin this cooperative planning process. .

At YNC, we strive to create an inclusive camp experience by providing reasonable accommodations within our standard group ratios. While we no longer offer our paid one-to-one (1:1) dedicated support staff program that we have had in the past, we are happy to implement accommodations that allow children to safely and successfully participate within the general camp environment.

Our limited internal 1:1 support resources are allocated based on the order requests are received and the specific needs identified during our intake process. If a child requires dedicated 1:1 supervision to safely participate, parents and caregivers are always welcome to send a private support worker or family member to accompany their child at camp. We will work collaboratively with your designated support person to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
