Field Trip Form - Oakridge Pool
Swimming will be 1:30pm to 3:30pm with pickup at Oakridge Pool on the Friday of camp. Look for our sign!
Cost is $4.75 per camper, please give exact change to our camp councillors at pick up/drop off prior to Wednesday.
If you wish your child(ren) not to participate in this field trip, pickup will be at 1:00pm at Oakridge Park.
Campers in after care will still be picked up at the church green space at regular time.
Campers 4-6yr old must wear a life jacket, the pool has some to provide but if you have one, please send with your camper that day. *puddle jumpers are not approved flotation devices*
Campers 7-12yr old must pass a swim test by the City of London life guards on duty to swim in the deep end.
There will be a paper form handed to you Monday at pick up for campers swimming abilities to fill out as well
